Initial Comments:
This report is the result of a full Medicare recertification survey initiated on February 9, 2021, and concluded on February 11, 2021, at Lancaster PET Imaging. It was determined that the facility was in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Title 42, Part 486 - Conditions of Participation for a Portable X-ray Provider.
